1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of theLitrofinancialgrowth trading platform ("Platform") and all related services provided byLitrofinancialgrowth Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The Platform provides an online trading system for various financial instruments, including but not limited to forex, stocks, indices, commodities, and cryptocurrencies. The services are available to users who have registered an account and been approved by the Company.

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to open an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breaches.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or limit access to the Platform in our sole discretion.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits must be made through the payment methods specified on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is $10 unless otherwise stated.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-3 business days, subject to verification procedures. You may be required to provide identification documents before processing withdrawals.

The Company reserves the right to charge processing fees for withdrawals as specified in the Fees Schedule available on the Platform.

4. Trading Rules

All trades executed on the Platform are subject to the trading rules and conditions displayed at the time of trade execution. You acknowledge that trading involves risk and that you may lose some or all of your invested capital.

The Company may, at its sole discretion, refuse to execute any trade or limit the size of any trade. We reserve the right to cancel any trade that we reasonably suspect to be the result of fraudulent activity, market manipulation, or technical errors.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and strategies. The Company does not provide investment advice or recommendations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and icons on the Platform are the property of the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from the Platform without our prior written consent.

The trading platform software is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under these Terms. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security of the Platform
• Engaging in any form of market manipulation or abusive trading practices
• Using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Platform
• Sharing your account credentials or allowing others to access your account
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information

7. Risk Disclosure

Trading financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Before deciding to trade, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite.

There is a possibility that you may sustain a loss of some or all of your invested capital and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with trading and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. The high degree of leverage available in trading can work against you as well as for you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Platform

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these Terms or any future Terms, do not use or access the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Cyprus, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
